The National Weather Service issued a Tornado watch for Bartlesville and surrounding areas in eastern Oklahoma until 6 p.m. Monday.
Forecasters warn that storms this afternoon and evening could bring the threat of tornadoes, some potentially strong, damaging winds and large hail.

Residents are urged to stay weather-aware throughout the day and prepare a sheltering plan, whether at home or on the go.
Officials recommend identifying a safe location, ideally an interior room on the lowest floor, away from windows and exterior walls. If you’re in a public place, familiarize yourself with emergency exits and follow any instructions from local officials.

Tornado touchdowns in Oklahoma
At around 11:30 a.m. Nov. 4, News9 storm tracker reported a possible tornado near Katie.
A tornado warning in Shawnee and areas to the northeast was issued only minutes before that.

A second was issued for Elmore City, Katie and Foster.
Portions of Interstate 35 are under a tornado watch until 6 p.m.
Tinker Air Force Base, Harrah and other parts of Oklahoma City were impacted by tornadoes on Sunday, Nov. 3, which damaged structures and resulted in high winds and hail.
