Honestly, I wish I knew more about it when I was younger and really struggling with breakouts. I always thought the solution was to keep drying my pimples out, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. A lot of dehydration and skin barrier damage later, I finally realized that was not the way and that I needed to do some damage control.
