The chairman and CEO of DP World Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem is amongst the guests of the International Investment Summit in the City of London. It comes after reports the P&O Ferries owner was set to shelve the announcement over calls from Transport Secretary Louise Haigh to boycott its subsidiary.
